After listening to a radio discussion on the topic of declining fertility rates, I was aghast at the willingness of the doctor being interviewed to just accept this disturbing trend.

It is, unfortunately, true that global fertility rates are on the decline with about one in six couples experiencing fertility issues. In Australia it is estimated that nearly 18% of couples are infertile and up to 25% of all pregnancies end in miscarriage. I don’t know about you, but I find these figures highly disturbing and feel that we need to ask “WHY?” is this happening.

It seems a general trend for many people to just accept any health condition, unquestioningly accepting comments that include, “learn to live with it”, or “we don’t know the cause and there’s no treatment”.

Rather than accept any issues you may be experiencing in the area of fertility, whether this relates to conception or maintaining a viable pregnancy, you can take positive steps to improve both. This is the reason I wrote my book explaining how you can have a healthy baby.

Providing the latest science and evidence-based research in (relatively) easy-to-understand language, helping you take control of your fertility outcomes. So before you give up or go down the highly emotional and challenging rollercoaster that is IVF, please read my book and chat to a qualified naturopath.

My book is available in paperback or e-book on Amazon. Alternately, if you are located in Australia, you can order a copy from me.
