When I sat down to write How to Have a Healthy Baby my goal was to share as much information as I could to help as many people as possible achieve their dream of having just that – a healthy baby.
Since then the need for the information has only increased and topics like environmental toxins, epigenetics, nutrition, men’s fertility issues are even more relevant. Sadly.
When I received the Literary Titan Gold Book Award in December 2023 I was very surprised.
Fast forward to October 2024 and I still can’t quite digest that my book won the Pregnancy & Childbirth section of the New York City Big Book Awards – NYC BBA. It’s been a few weeks since opening the email but the news is still sinking in. I guess that in sharing this award with you may help me realise that my book is indeed a dual-award winner. Wow.
